I first met Holly Larsen when she was assisting our listing agent with showing us houses. During that first encounter we loved how eager she was to help us through some tough decisions. She spent extra time talking us through the differences between the homes we viewed. Holly payed special attention to our family’s unique needs and she helped us envision how the homes would fit and shape our family’s lifestyle both now and into the future.
In the following weeks, she hosted two open houses for our home we had on the market. It is immensely stressful to have people walk through your residence and judge weather they could imagine themselves moving in. "Hello, we are the S. family. My husband J. and I have 4 children, 3 of them teenagers in high school. We decided to relocate from Portland, Oregon to Utah around April of 2018. Shortly after putting our home in Oregon on the market, we came to Utah to look at potential homes and met Holly Larsen at an open house. We really connected with Holly from the moment we met her. She went above and beyond for our family. The very day we met her, Holly started sending us a huge variety of listings. She was so flexible with her availability and we could really tell she enjoyed looking at homes with us. She looked outside of our parameters and included homes we many not have considered, and looked at many homes in a 50 mile area over many weeks with great advice and endless patience. She helped us research high schools and the programs that were of interest to our kids, even going as far as to send us contact names and numbers of parents in certain schools that we could talk to and ask questions about our potential concerns. Above all, Holly was so kind and sensitive to the difficulties of moving a family to a new state and the challenges involved. When we found the perfect home for our family, Holly seamlessly negotiated the sale and a quick close to get us in before school started. She helped us in so many ways while we were in the middle of a stressful, fast move across states, even offering to find us short-term housing in the event that our home wasn't ready and helping us find local contractors for repairs. Holly Larsen is a gem of a realtor and a wonderful person. I would recommend her to anyone, whether relocating from another state or looking to make a local change. Holly is just the very best!
